2008 marked another FIRST
for Festival of
the West's cov
 eted Cowboy Spirit Award, when in
a special tribute, we presented the award to John
"DUKE" Wayne. Of course
everyone knew John Wayne as
the quintessential cowboy - the pinnacle of cowboys heroes and the
greatest Western star of all time. We were pleased and honored to
present
Posthumous to John Wayne with this very special
